CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee. No-call/ no-show appointments are charged 100% of the service cost. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a rescheduled appointment. To ensure the safety, comfort, and focus of all clients, as well as the quality of services provided, I ask that clients come without children or additional guests.
